I am now with Barnsley Road Club and I have been since the start of 2007, in that year I took silver in the VTTA(NM) best all rounder contest.

   As well as these results, I finished in the top three of the VTTA(NM) best all rounder competition (BAR) three times, taking second in 2004 third in 2005 and second again in 2007 when I also took third in the Prestige Trophy and won the Sheffield Unity Cup. Check out the VTTA News    . I also won the NCU cup for fastest NMCF member on handicap in the 2001 NMCF 100 mile time trial.  In 2005 and 2007 I also received a national B.A.R. certificate from the governing body of cycling time trials (CTT) for beating an average speed of 22 miles per hour over the three distances of 50miles, 100miles and 12 hours. My speed was 22.329 mph in 2005 and 22.697 mph in 2007.
